Delivery Times
Below are the average delivery times for all orders placed with Mia Grace London:
- Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days — Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require slightly longer processing time.
- Shipping Time: 8 to 12 business days (on average) — Once dispatched, your order will arrive within approximately 8 to 12 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note that under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if no delivery date is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
