This site is operated by Scaipart LLC under the brand Mia Grace London ("we", "our", "us"). The terms "we" and "our" refer to Mia Grace London / Scaipart LLC throughout this site.

All products are shipped directly from our supplier. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Pricing & Contract Formation
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The display of products on our site constitutes an invitation to treat and not a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
An automatic order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract between us is only formed at the point of dispatch of the goods, at which time you will receive a dispatch confirmation.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
6. Right to Cancel & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the 14-day period has expired, by contacting us at support@miagracelondon.com.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been made to your specification or are clearly personalised.
7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods are faulty, not as described, or do not function as expected, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase;
- A repair or replacement after 30 days; or
- A price reduction or final right to reject after a failed repair or replacement.
